The OreikO HYYD2800 is a very strong polishing bridge, reinforcements have been added to the basic design in key places. Also very important to note is that the arms are 10cm longer than the standard, the platform itself is also 110cm wide, which is typically 10cm more than most other 2800kg polishing bridges. Features:
- a very strong 2.2KW electric motor with 13A on 220V single phase
- before shipment, both each bridge and control tower are effectively tested after manufacture;
- conforming to CE approval : dynamic test of 115% and static test of 150% of maximum capacity. A dynamic test means placing a weight of 115% of the maximum capacity on the lift bridge and testing its operation (lifting, lowering, safety). Static test involves placing a weight of 150% on the lift bridge and checking the deformation of the structure;
- the controls operate on 24V;
- hydraulic valves to control the hydraulic pressure and the lowering and raising speed;
- 100% CE tested and certified;
- quality cylinders;
- improved hydraulic group;
- use of stronger steel;
- automatic mechanical locking and electric unlocking. This means that the lock does NOT have to be engaged MANUALLY;
- no lever to lower the lift, but via a button as on the 'big' scissor lifts;
